On the afternoon of October 20, 2020, the online publicity and implementation training meeting for the standards and certification implementation rules of "Quality Grade Evaluation of Granulated Blast Furnace Slag Powder Used in Cement and Concrete" jointly organized by the branch and National Materials Certification and Inspection was successfully held. Branch Secretary-General Han Xiaohua, Deputy Secretary-General Lu Siwen, General Manager of National Materials Certification and Inspection Fu Lijuan, Deputy General Manager Wang Dan, Minister of Technology Department Shen Zhihua, and Dr. Chen Enyi from Singapore Anguo Enterprise Co., Ltd., Shanghai Baotian New Building Materials Co., Ltd. The standard was drafted by the editor-in-chief led by the Slag Powder Application Branch in 2016. After 4 years of expert group experts through the accumulation of product theoretical data and product practical application experience, it was officially released on January 9, 2020, and in June 2020 Officially implemented on the 10th.

As the entrusting unit,guocai led the preparation of "Implementation Rules for the Quality Grade Certification of Granulated Blast Furnace Slag Powder Used in Cement and Concrete" and related management measures. Related technical experts of the branch participated in the formulation process. The Minister of Technology Shen Zhihua gave a detailed introduction to the implementation rules and the quality grade certification process of granulated blast furnace slag powder. Through the certification, the slag powder products are divided into two grades of superior products and qualified products, which not only plays a positive role in regulating the quality of slag powder and ensuring the quality of the project, but also promotes the technical upgrade, performance optimization and output increase of the company's own products . Certification will become the only way to build a brand in the slag powder industry.

During the free Q&A session of the training meeting, business representatives competed to speak and actively communicated with experts on technical aspects. Among them, Mr. Kang Ming from Shanghai Baotian New Building Materials Co., Ltd. asked questions about the acceptance of products after certification.
