Building materials industry is an important basic industry for national economic and social development, as well as a key industry for energy consumption and carbon emission in the industrial area. In order to thoroughly implement the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council on carbon Peaking and carbon neutrality, and effectively do the work of carbon peaking in the building materials industry well, this implementation plan is formulated according to the Opinions on the complete, Accurate and Comprehensive Implementation of the new Development Concepts for Carbon Peaking and Carbon Peaking Action Plan before 2030 and the Implementation Plan for Carbon Peaking in the Industrial Sector.
