Recently, the state administration of market supervision of the People's official website of China issued a new edition of the “Measures for the administration of certification certificates and certification marks”, promulgated by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine Order No. 63 on 23 June 2004, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine was first amended by decree No. 162 of 31 March 2015 and second amended by Decree No. 61 of the State Administration of market supervision of 29 September 2022.
