In order to further promote the reform of streamlining administration and delegating powers, combining deregulation with optimization of services, reduce unreasonable fines set by regulations, and strengthen the systematization, standardization and coordination of departmental regulations, to ensure that executive branch perform their duties in accordance with the law, the state administration of Market Supervision and administration has decided to repeal six departmental rules and regulations. (Annex 1) second, to amend some provisions of the 13 departmental rules and regulations. (Annex 2) this decision shall come into effect on 1 November 2022.
