According to carbon peak carbon neutral work leading group office of the relevant requirements, to promote carbon peak carbon neutral on major issues of research and implement, recently, the market supervision administration of formed carbon reach peak carbon neutral measurement standard certification testing research program (hereinafter referred to as the special work team), and the first plenary meeting was held in Beijing special work team and the working group meeting.

The meeting stressed that measurement, standards, testing, certification and accreditation is an important part of national quality infrastructure, is to realize the important foundation of carbon carbon neutral goal task of peak, formation of carbon carbon neutral measurement standard of peak detection certification work program, for promoting carbon carbon neutral studies major issues and tasks of peak implementation is of great significance.  In-depth analysis of the difficulties and major demands faced by measurement, standards, testing and other work in supporting the realization of carbon peaking and carbon neutralization target, analyzing and evaluating the problems and demands item by item, putting forward corresponding work measures, forming research results as soon as possible, and accelerating the implementation of relevant measures.

More than 40 experts from the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the State Administration of Market Regulation, the State Bureau of Statistics, the relevant departments of the National Forestry and Grassland Administration, relevant research institutes, universities, trade associations and enterprises attended the meeting.
