Recently, the Development and Reform Commission of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region issued the "Work Plan for Comprehensive Evaluation of Energy Utilization Efficiency of Enterprises in Key Industries in Ningxia (Trial)" to carry out comprehensive evaluation of energy utilization efficiency of enterprises in key industries in Ningxia. The comprehensive evaluation of energy utilization efficiency of enterprises in key industries will help motivate enterprises to continuously improve energy output efficiency, optimize resource factor allocation, promote energy conservation, carbon reduction and efficient utilization of energy and resources, and enhance innovation and competitiveness of enterprises. In 2022, the evaluation pilot will be carried out first in Shizuishan City and Ningdong Energy and Chemical base.

Evaluation based on the annual cycle, around the enterprise comprehensive economic efficiency, energy economic efficiency, energy technology, energy efficiency management and so on four aspects of 20 indicators, take enterprise self-assessment, third-party evaluation and related department to check the way of combining the coal, petrochemical, coal, chemical industry, metallurgy, nonferrous metal, machinery, building materials, medicine and other key industry enterprises to carry out the comprehensive evaluation, Based on the annual evaluation results, the evaluation enterprises are divided into A priority development category, B encouraging improvement category, C guiding transformation category, and D key regulation category. Policy support suggestions are put forward respectively to guide enterprises to improve the comprehensive efficiency of energy utilization.
