In order to thoroughly implement the major strategic decisions of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council on carbon peaking and carbon neutralization, fully implement the Implementation Opinions of Jiangxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and Jiangxi Provincial People's Government on Carbon Peaking and Carbon neutralization in a Complete, Accurate and Comprehensive Manner, and firmly promote the carbon peaking action in the whole Province, this plan is formulated.
