(2) the production and operation are in good condition and the annual sales revenue is over 200 million yuan;
(3) no production safety and quality accidents or environmental pollution incidents in the past three years;
(4) there are no cases of “Being found to have serious problems in the relevant supervision work of the State Council and relevant ministries and departments, being placed on the list of industrial energy-saving supervision and rectification and not having completed the rectification, and being a person who has been executed in breach of trust”.

What are the key indicators to be submitted for Green Plant Declaration?
