In order to implement the decisions and plans of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council and further consolidate the momentum of industrial economic growth, recently, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China and other 12 departments jointly issued the “Certain policies for promoting the steady growth of the industrial economy”(hereinafter referred to as “Certain policies”) , from the fiscal, taxation, financial, supply and price stability, investment in foreign trade, land and energy use and environmental policy, five specific policies have been issued, multi-measures, precision policy, to fully promote the steady growth of the industrial economy.
